If you change your mind within a few days and need to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible by sending us an email to

Customs and duty
Please note that all shipments to non EU countries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty, etc are your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when completing your overseas order.
We carry considerable stock of most merchandise and subject to availability we seek to despatch
most orders within 48 hours by Royal Mail or courier for delivery within 2-3
days after this, however, please allow up to 28 days for
delivery. If we are out of stock on your
items we will inform you by email of an
estimated dispatch date.
All deliveries are carried out by a one-person delivery. If
necessary, you should be able to provide assistance to the
driver in carrying the goods from the delivery vehicle to your
requested point of delivery.
Take the guess work out of buying the right present. We can send, by email, a gift voucher to a loved one.
Purchasing a gift voucher is very simple, they can be added to your basket.
When purchasing a voucher, you will still be sent an e-mail containing a unique reference number and our terms and conditions of use.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from date of issue. Should the voucher not be used within this time, don't worry! Simply e-mail us on
email@example.com and we will issue you with a new unique reference number which again will be valid for 1 month from date of issue. The previous number will then be obsolete. You will need to enter your voucher number prior to completing your sale at checkout.
Please note, due to the nature of our secure payment system, your credit card is authorised at the point of sale. Your card will then be billed within 5 days of authorisation. Should you decide to buy via off-line methods you will only be charged for items once they are ready for despatching.
We accept the following payment cards:- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch.
We also accept cheques, postal orders, money orders and the old fashioned method of cash! When sending cash, money orders or postal orders, this must be sent via Recorded Delivery or an equivalent secure method

included with your return.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods and we will seek to refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation, excluding the original postage charge which is non-refundable. Please ensure that the items returned in good condition with all original packaging.
All items in our 'Sale' are of high quality and may be end of season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. For this reason, customers returning sale items, excluding returns for faults, will be given a credit refund only which can be applied against a future order.
Proof of posting will be required.

UK Non-Mainland - £8 per order
Europe - £40 per order
World Zone 1 - £75 per order
World Zone 2 - £100 per order
